The Shaggy Shuffle is a fun, family-friendly community event in Bismarck that brings people and their dogs together for an evening of activities, vendors, and a walk through Sertoma Park. Hosted by the Central Dakota Humane Society, the event features food trucks, pet contests, demos, and more—all to raise funds and support animals in need
